Sooji and oats Vegetable Chilla
Substances: Sooji, rolled oats, onion, carrot, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, butter, buttermilk and tomato ketchup.
Preparation time: 20 to 25 minutes
Technique: Roast sooji and oats properly and preserve apart. Wash and clear veggies. Chop all of the veggies finely. In a mixing bowl, combine sooji, oats, veggies and buttermilk. Combine it properly and put together a dosa consistency batter. Add salt and turmeric in it. Brush the pan with little butter. Pour half a ladle of batter into preheated pan. Cook dinner properly from each the perimeters. Use completely different cookie cutters to provide enjoyable shapes. Serve it with tomato ketchup on the aspect.
Sprout Veg Idli
Substances: Sprouted moong daal, peas, onion, carrot, capsicum, sooji, rice flour/besan, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, curd, and butter
Preparation time 20 to 25 minutes
Technique: Wash, clear and chop all veggies finely. Par boils the sprout and peas. Drain it and let it settle down. Coarsely grind sprout and peas in a mixer. Combine all veggies, sprout &peas combine, one spoon besan, one spoon sooji, and curd. Combine properly and put together balls formed idli. Preheat the Idli maker and put these balls in it. Steam it for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup.
